  1. Thank you for all your information.  You have know idea how much you have inspired me!!  But I do have one question; I would like to know the proportion size of each item for each meal when you talk about 5 small meals a day.  I realize that by purchasing the stax system it would solve my problem but until I do that I would like to hear/no more on the proper sizes.  Thank you so much—Kathy

  2. I would like to know about the portion sizes too. But I will wait for the STAX system to get here on Wed. Chris can’t GIVE away all the secrets! Probably wasn’t cheap to learn all that in school and develop a system.

  3. Where do we put carrots?  How about salt?

Didn’t lose any lbs the first week, but I have more energy and feel better, so that’s something.

  4. We need recipes!!!! smile lol

    And yes, what about carrots?

The food list is awesome, but I never know what to cook lol

  5. Can you tell me (or someone tell me) what the recipe is for the banana treat I’ve seen them fix on these quick clips? Please, Please, Please.  I would like to try it but I don’t know what they are actually making when he is shown freezing the bananas.  Thanks!!!

  6. What about corn?

    What about a response?

  7. Haha yes indeed John! But I think they are super super busy .... we have to be patient smile

  8. I’d be more patient if they offered some sort of website support, but they don’t.  All you have to go on is the booklet.

  9. What booklet?? They are launching the program on Septembre 15th that’s why they are not that available for the moment.

  10. For the lady that wanted to know about the bananas in the video. I THINK they are making protein shakes. I make mine with a frozen banana(chopped up), 1 scoop of whey protein powder, and a cup of unsweetened chocolate almond milk.

For John…on the front page it says that the site will start on Sept. 15. They are very busy getting it started up, plus David is having his surgery today. I have the STAX system too and I’m wondering about carrots and corn, but I’m trying to be patient. But you do know that you can have ANY food on your “cheat day”. I’m saving my corn and carrots for those days.

  11. Thanks for the information on the use of the banana, but whey protein??  Guess I’m going to have to get my taste buds changed.  I can’t imagine what that would taste like.  Thanks!!

  12. I don’t have cheat days and have been treating carrots as roots and corn as carbs.

The problem is that the Stax system has no support and I’m certainly not going to pay $35 a month for anything.

  13. I use Optimum Nutrition Natural Whey Protein Powder (5 pounds)that I got off eBay for about $42 with free shipping and that lasts me about two months. I think they buy their whey protein in bulk for $90. buybulkwhey.com has 20 pounds for $90 plus shipping cost. I’ve never tried it though. I chose my whey protein cause it has Stevia in it.

  15. Reshape the Nation Team,

I need some advice about me eating schedule.  I work night shift, 12 hour shifts from 7p to 7a three nights a week.  I really don’t know when my days start and when they end.  I have gained weight since I have worked night shift, and I have also gained some more weight since I have stopped smoking, haven’t smoked since April,1 2009, but I feel I traded one addiction for another (food).  I am also an online college student, a wife, and mother with two boys at home.  I live a very stressful life, my husband has many health problems and is disabled.  I would appreciate some advice of when to eat on work nights and when to eat on off nights.  I have signed up for this program, haven’t received my DVD yet, but I am looking forward to starting this program.  I am late forty-ish and I really need to get this fat suit off my body!  I am 100 lbs overweight.

  16. Hey guys!  Thanks so much for your patience, and we’re hustlin like crazy to get thing up and running for Sept 15th!!  We’ll have updated food lists, recipes, and a lot more options for you (we’re actually working on layouts for our recipes today, and filming them later this week).  Since the show aired a bit sooner than we expected we’ve got a lot of catching up to do!!  Stay tuned, and thank you again SO MUCH for your patience!!

  17. Hey I saw the show last night and ashamed of myself for complaining about my weight. I’m a 38 year old who used to play tennis, racquet ball, I was a semi pro skateboarder, and avid karate student and a musician,I did all this with having open heart surgery, until about 10 years ago. That’s when I blew out my right knee. I was a Tile Contractor (for work) and loved to just go play. But after the blow out it slowed down, then over the next few years I had a total of 4 surgeries on my knee. Now with the weight I put on not being able to go as I did Iam having issues with my other Knee. I’ve tried a lot of stuff but having trouble working out is making it hard..I need help.
